London Hilton on Park Lane is pleased to announce its restaurant and bar, Podium, has been awarded a second AA Rosette for culinary excellence.
Two Rosettes are only awarded to the best local restaurants aiming and achieving high standards, consistency in delivery, precision and attention given to the selection of ingredients. The second Rosette further cements Podium’s place on London’s culinary scene and reflects the restaurants and wider hotels culinary innovation and talent.
SCALLOPS, SUNSHINE AND SPARKLING WINE — SEAFOOD FESTIVAL OFFERS SOMETHING FOR ALL THE FAMILY
The Nyetimber Dorset Seafood Festival is set to take place over the weekend of 13th and 14th July, along Weymouth’s historic and picturesque harbour. The award-winning event, now in its 12th year, is free to attend and offers over 100 stalls of seafood, chef demos, children’s activities and delicious English sparkling wine.
As the Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival gets set to celebrate its fifteenth anniversary this May Bank Holiday (26-27th), a new and exciting addition is planned in the form of the festival’s first dedicated vegan site.
Situated in the Duke of Wellington Car Park and free to enter for event ticket holders, visitors will be able to sample a range of products including foraged and homegrown syrups – lilac, rhubarb and sugar-free lavender - from Tast Natur and punchy flavours from The Parsnipship.
