Bolton Castle open their revitalised and refreshed medieval herb gardens from 18 March.  Held uniquely in the same family’s ownership for over 600 years, Bolton Castle, near Leyburn in Wensleydale, includes a walled vineyard and Mary Garden, Dyer’s Garden, Rose Garden and maze.

You can do just this thanks to Fishing Breaks, which was set up by Simon Cooper to make fly fishing accessible to everyone - and that includes getting there by train.

Gateway Adventure’s activity days are all about having fun and a good time, but there is an important element to all the enjoyable activities we deliver to participants. Our aim is for all of our participants is, primarily, to facilitate the development of life skills which are applicable in adult life, for example leadership, cooperation, motivational and teamwork skills.

Legend Sailing has been operating for over 18 years in the Loch Tay Area and for the last sixteen years has been the onsite activity provider for Loch Tay Highland Lodges. We are now operating our activities from a new operational base at the eastern end of Loch Tay but providing a more mobile service for the convenience of our customers.
