On 10th February, Chakra Riverside will host an innovative one-off supper club with Guest Chef Saurav Nath, formerly of Benares and Gymkhana. Guests will start the evening with a welcome glass of fizz before diving into the tempting four course menu. Highlights include Lobster Avocado (curry leaf infused Lobster meat with soft avocado mouse and salmon caviar), Kekra Shankhi Machali (Steamed Devon crab samosa with butter poached Atlantic scallop with red coconut masala and lemongrass oil), and a tasty Lamb Biryani with fresh mint raita and homemade mint chutney. To finish Chef Nath will plate up a mouth-watering strawberry mousse layered with cinnamon & chilli infused dark chocolate, served with semolina soil and crispy Bihari biscuits.
