The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort opens for a fun-filled season on 15 March 2019 and fans of Emmet, Wyldstyle, Unikitty and Benny can rejoice! The Resort is celebrating “The LEGO® MOVIETM 2” with a brand new attraction; The LEGO® MOVIETM 2 Experience and The LEGO® MOVIETM Days on weekends in March.

The LEGO® MOVIETM 2 Experience

In The LEGO® MOVIETM 2 Experience, guests can experience movie magic and explore an actualLEGO® set as seen in “The LEGO® MOVIETM 2”. Returning heroes Emmet, Wyldstyle, and their LEGO co-stars can be spotted in their hometown of Apocalypseburg recreated in miniature LEGO scale. Families will be amazed by the details that go into making this 3D animated blockbuster movie.

The LEGO® MOVIETM 2 Experience is created out of 62,254 LEGO bricks, featuring 628 types of LEGO elements, utilizing 31 different colours. The new attraction offers guests a up-close look at Apocalypseburg and movie fans can stand in the same place as characters from the film and imagine being in the action. LEGOLAND Model Makers have been reconstructing a piece of the set from the new movie for five months, working with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and set designers to be sure the details are as accurate as possible. Guests can enjoy The LEGO® MOVIETM 2 Experience throughout the season (March-November 2019) and during the Park’sLEGO® MOVIETM Days, on weekends in March.

During The LEGO® MOVIETM Days on 16-17, 23-24 and 30-31 March 2019, guests will be able to meet stars of the movie; Emmet, Wyldstyle and Sweet Mayhem during daily character meet and greets. Families can help Emmet find his friends in The LEGO® MOVIETM Miniland Mission The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Opens “The LEGO® MOVIETM 2 Experience”-The LEGO® MOVIETM 2 Characters have lost their way in the world famous Miniland and need you to save the day. Guests who find Emmet’s friends can be in with the chance of winning a LEGO® MOVIETM pop badge. Families can also help build “The LEGO® MOVIETM” Mystery Mosaic.
