Chocolate Week, the nation’s favourite themed week, returns for its 14th consecutive year this year, celebrating the world of fine chocolate from 15-21st October.
Kicking off with Brighton Chocolate Festival, (13-14th October), this year’s grand finale is the Canopy Market takeover by Cocoa Runners (18-21st October) – a sensational gathering of over 20 bean-to-bar chocolate makers from around the world, including Friis-Holm from Denmark, Fu Wan from Taiwan, Krak from the Netherlands and Fruition from Woodstock, New York as well as some of the UK’s finest chocolate makers, such as Duffy’s, Dormouse, Solkiki, Chocolarder, Chocolate Tree, Islands Chocolate and Forever Cacao. All have come to London to give you a taste of chocolate from across the globe, alongside a series of tastings and pairings to take part in.
Chocolate lovers can expect indulgent celebrations across the country, with the country’s top chocolatiers and chocolate companies all taking part, as well as hotels, bars and restaurants celebrating. Leading the way in chocolate innovation, fine dining fans can look forward to a Chocolate Week collaboration menu from top UK chocolatier Paul A Young and much-celebrated Chef Adam Handling at his flagship restaurant Frog by Adam Handling in Covent Garden.
Participating chocolate companies will be hosting talks, tastings, demonstrations and sampling, as well as creating exclusive products, new launches, chocolate meals, cocktails and recipes using some of the best chocolate brands from around the world.
